Default Critique this custom cam- turbo 6.0

Guys, I am picking out a cam for this motor and was given the spec below for a custom grind. I wont share the vendor's name for now so you can judge just off the specs. I am looking for some advice from those more knowledgable than myself since this is my first turbo motor. This is mainly a fun street setup that will rarely make it to the track, going in a 70' Nova with a TH400. I want a mild cam that has a wide powerband, decent idle, and will be easy on the springs and the rest of the valvetrain. I wont be going past 6500rpm.

Motor:
6.0l LQ4
LSA heads with the "wings" removed (should flow very similar to an LS3 head)
LS3 intake
TC76mm turbo, going to keep it aroud 10lbs for as long as I can resist

The cam specs I was given are:
219/222@.050, 607/602, 116lsa.

This was more lift than I was expecting, but again I am not knowledgeable enough to know for sure.

Originally I was considering an 02-04 Z06 cam (204/218, .551/.547, 117.5lsa) and the Lingenfelter GT2-3 cam (207/220, .571/.578, 118.5lsa) but I was going to bite the bullet and just get a custom grind right off the bat.

Whic one of these is going to be the best choice for me and why?

219/222@.050, 607/602, 116lsa., FYI you could just substitute the 219lsl lobes for 218lxl lobes
That looks a 219(lsl) and 222(lxl) lobes. The lsl lobes are aggressive, but the lxl lobes are not. Don't let the lift scare you off, it's the ramp rates of the lobes that'll take a toll on your valve springs.
IMO, this would be a good choice.
218/218 115lsa +2, lift is .598" with LXL lobes, and it has -12*OL.

I don't think you could go wrong with either cam.

We've run the LSL lobes to about 20-22 lbs of boost with my Platinum springs before valve float, that was with 100 gram valves. If you have the 89 gram LS3 intake valves you should be good for even more boost.

You are correct, it is on the LSL/LXL lobes. Sounds like the guy who speced it knows what he is doing, I will pull the trigger on Monday.

My understanding is the LSA heads have the same exhuast valves as the LS3 but the intake valve is not hollow and weighs 120grams. Unfortunately I dont have a scale or an LS3 valve to know for sure.

I need to figure out what kind of springs to run. The Comp dual spring kit that was reccomended is $500 with tool steel retainers, which is hard to swallow. Originally I was thinking PAC duals but I will have to read up on the choices after I get that cam ordered.
