Default My 6.0 front mount build

Im gonna start this thread off by saying off the bat... Its gonna take a while and dont expect updates from me often... However do expect some questions...

Im shooting for a stock bottom end build with 10-12 psi... I may put my cam in it... im sure it will help the build... but i dont know if i feel like tearing the motor apart for a cam swap... but if i tear it apart for a cam swap im throwing studs in it and more boost... LOL

I want to run a truck manifold and a c-5 vette manifold so i can keep my A/C... so im gonna end up fabbing up my own hotside...and coldside...

My list of concerns are:

1. Will 60lb injectors work for me.
2. is a a-1000 with a cell to much pump?
3. What fuel pumps will i need if i want to run a stock in tank setup?
4. What intake should i go with? ls1?ls6? or aftermarket?
5. What rails do i run?

Thanks Guys!

two 255s in the tank will handle 600 wheel

ive done 600rwhp on two vehicles with gt45 turbos one was my friends 2010 truck with a 4l80e 4.8l springs and a ls9 cam, it made 605rwhp and it goes 10.80s with a 4700lb race weight.

my friends notch we threw in a 6.0 he had and put corvette 243 heads he had as extras, on 14psi and 12deg timing it made 590rwhp pushing through the converter really bad was probably a bunch more than that power wise. that was with a unlocked th400

You can make 1000hp with the right fuel lines with dual walbros intank.

+1 on the dual walbros. i run that set up with upgraded fuel lines (feed and return)and its never given me any fuel problems. i would definetly upgrade your lines. the 60's should be sufficient enough for that power level...but not much more.

you have to do a little modification to the bucket to make the 2nd pump fit but it fits nice and tight. the hardest part is cutting out the center section to make the 2nd pump fit....have to be carefull not to cut too much so you dont damage the bucket. there was a right up somewhere on how to do it but i cant remember exactly where it is right now...if i come across it ill post it up.

edit: here it is.... https://ls1tech.com/forums/fueling-i...ick-cheap.html

I am making 700wheel on dual intake GSS 340s (255s) Y'd into a -10. You will need a fuel pressure regulator though.

Look up Lonnies performance. They have really nice pre made fuel system parts for us.

Seimens (Deka) 60lb injectors are just fine. You may need a camshaft. Speed Inc, Lingenfelter, Vengeance, Futral, Thunder racing, Etc. All have good boost cams for your app.

Than you need valve springs/pushrods.

Would be a great idea to throw some MLS ls9 head gaskets and ARP studs in the heads too at that level.

Just make sure you have the fuel.

IMO why not just go with 80lb injectors? that way you have some room to grow as it'll never be enough power.

And you can keep the stock rails.
I'll post a pic of how I have my regulator with stock rail just give me a few.
