Best machine shop near sacramento??? ok so im gonna be doing a fairly stout build and want to find a reputable machine shop that has alot of ls engine experience. anyone opinions of anybody local to sacramento or the sf bay even, would be helpful.
heres what needs done-
starting with a 6.0 iron block
honing it .010 with plates
line hone for arp main studs
perhaps dowel the mains
deck for square and add arp head studs
mag crank and block
balancing of lunati crank, lunati billet i beams, and diamond pistons
cam bearings
and whatever else im forgetting that is needed to be ready for assembly
also anyone know any ball park prices on this stuff, labor wise?

Where are you located? There is alot of machine shops in the area. I personaly have experience with California Street Machines in fairfield. They do great work and my next motors machine work will probably go there. Call Theo at Wizard Racing and see if he has any recommendations for the Sac area.
