I'm running the on3 76 too and looking for a new turbo. Keep is posted.
I think I'm pushing the limits of the lil exhaust side.

Anyone notice that the price of the CX racing turbo and the other one I listed on here just went up to $808. Looks like someone got pissed we found out... Kinda makes me laugh.. I sure as hell would never buy a Magnum now.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/CXRacing-GT4...ffecf6&vxp=mtr

I also noticed they both sell the 76mm model but the price on that one never went up.

I don't know why you guys are hating...

There are Tial copied wastegates all over ebay, so its the same right?

Go ahead and save the $300 bucks and buy it from ebay. But if it blows up don't expect to get it warrantied or get a refund because those guys don't wanna hear it. You can't even call them.

I obviously have to take the position of backing Magnum. They have treated me right and my customers right from day one. Always coming through on the warranty and helping out however they can when a problem arises, as few as there have been.

I have personally used their turbos and have sold many. Zero unhappy customers. Cars running 8's, 9's, 10's etc etc.

I am all for racing on the cheap, get R done man. But don't say that it is the same because it ain't.

If it was they would warranty it for more than 30 days.

So is it or is it not made in the same factory? Yes your warranty is better and that's good business ethics. Can you honestly tell me that this is not the same exact turbo that magnum sells to you? And do you know that to be 100% true? Where is the Magnum turbo manufacturing factory? There is no need to get upset man, I'm just trying to help people out because I happened upon this turbo that seems to be the exact same as the Magnum. Thanks for the input!

I dont get it.. In your first few sentences you tell us it is the same but then you say its not because of warranty. Also the fake Tial gates are not Tial gates and that is why Tial doesn't tell them to raise the price.. Im not arguing just saying...

With my 5.3 on3 on 14.3 psi I trapped 125 with a 4300# race weight. That should be good for a little over 600rwhp. The on3's are tiny but work pretty well for $300. Hopefully this new turbo will work just as well but make more powa!

Yeah I want to trap 130+ at least. Sounds like I can get there pretty easily. I hit over 13 psi the other night from a 45 mph roll and the NT05r's were useless.

Yea my buddy has a 3300# Nova with a 5.3 and mp70 and is trapping over 130. You should be fine. Im hoping to pickup 6-10mph at the same boost level with this new turbo

I think you missed his sarcasm about it being the same. Tial knockoff wg's have been out there for MANY years, side by side they look close at first, but definitely not the exact same, I'd venture to guess these turbos are the same type of deal.

Like he said good luck if you have any issues, I'm all for buying parts on the cheap and on ebay, but damn I don't get why people skimp so much on buying some parts, turbo being one of them.

Maybe bc its going on a stock 5.3 that can be replaced for $300. I would love to have a pt7675, but I can't afford it. I have respect for you bc you obviously know what you are doing and I understand about getting what you pay for but I'm doing my best with what I have. My cheap *** on3 76mm, cheap *** knock off tial on3 wg, and cheap *** 50mm knockoff tial RPS bov seem to be working just fine for me.

I know about the gates I was making a joke that the Turbos are the same but using his "Tial gates" wording.. I do agree their is probably a difference in the turbos, atleast the Compressor housing anyways.

Also I run Garrett, Tial, TurboSmart, ect on my 2stroke turbo Snowmobiles and even these expensive parts have failures.
