Smile 347 switching from nitrous to single truck manifold

Ok so my car is currently a forged 347 cast iron block .with patriot ls6 heads and a 150 shot, I want to start putting together a turbo setup , I'm on a budget but don't want to cheap out .I am thinking on switching to a set of ported 317 heads with a 228 or custom turbo cam or even just a ls6. I am using truck manifolds and the turbo is going to be mounted where the battery usually is . My goal is 800+ hp to the wheels I already am runnin a turbo 400 with a brake and a coan 4000 stall , I'm not to familiar with turbos and I was wondering what u guys would suggest ? Also where to buy from ? And do you guys think 9's is possible with good suspension and a 275dr. The car weighs about 3400 lbs. any suggestions ,info ,pics is much appreciated thanks

I would look into the Persicion 7675 turbo and you will most likely need to send your converter to be restalled for boost. Not sure if you have a trans guy, but I use fti they are really good over there. I don't see 9's being a problem though good luck.

What stall speed would you run with a turbo setup and who has the best prices on precision turbos?

Im running an 11.5:1 347 with some ported 853's and an 80mm Bullseye turbo with the batmo wheel. A2W intercooler, glide, car weighs 3430 with me in it and has ran 8.9's @ 159 with a shitty 1.40 60' on 16.5psi

It should run some 8.5's - 8.6's when I get the 60' down and crank it up to 18-19psi

Search my name and you will find my build thread from when I did the ls2/l92 setup. I stretched the stock rod journals in that motor and put my old 347 that I ran nitrous on before.

What fuel are you running with that combo?
