Default Catch Can/PCV question on cleanest set up

This is been beat to death but I am not looking at what's the best system....I am looking for the best and cleanest looking system. I want to have the least amount of hoses in my engine bay and would like to avoid a filter on the valve cover. The engine is a LS2 Twin Turbo. I don't mind the look of bungs welded into the valve covers but does that run to seperate cans and what is the fresh air source, a filter on the valley cover?

I guess I could hide the can somewhere but looking for opinions and pics of set ups that are with little or hidden hoses.

I did an rx catch can, and hell it looks so good I wanna show it off. and its black so it looks factory, and its neat.

it uses 3 hoses from what I remember. But I do use the filter. which looks pretty good IMO. some people recommend venting them both. this video is pretty informative. the mike norris is supposedly a nice one too

For 65 bucks, you cant beat the allstar breathered catch can. And now, they are all polished.

That is what mine is. -12 bungs welded into valve covers and -12 bungs welded into the allstar can.

I have a RX on anothe car, just trying hide the hoses and avoid the breather on the valve. Can't imagine you could have to long a line to the can, would think the oil would sit in the line??

I like that! So you had two bungs welded into the valve covers? I assume with baffles? Whats the can with what looks like a rad cap in front of the pass valve cover? and where's your oil fill?

thanks

i welded the -12 fittings on, i also welded a baffle directly below the hole. i dont get any smoke or oil speckles on my bumper

for oil fill just unscrew one hose, stick funnel in fitting on valve cover

the tank on the head is a degassing/surge tank for the coolant, coolant head ports go to the top of the tank, bottom port on tank goes to pump suction

i enjoy that i never get that wiff or smell of blowby ever

I've read this my comments are in red

-doesn't catch anything...I guess it's not catching it's just evacuating??
-doesn't work well on anything other than open headers......true, do you have mufflers?
-blast oily mist directly on your o2 sensors possibly cat converter....guess you could evac after the O2 sensors??-not 'legal' emissions-wise.....guess so but my car won't need to test

one line from existing valve cover port
pcv valve exit to intake
sight tube and drain
one way relief valve on top to vent any positive pressure
stock like 'closed' pcv operation without the oil contamination

pm for details

it is hooked in far down stream of the O2s. i have two magnaflow mufflers in series, stocklike quiet. not worried about emmissions where i live.

and i honestly dont care if there is much suction or scavenging effect, i just know it gets rid of my crankcase gasses and i havent had a problem in 3 years and it is on the street 99% of the time

even with hardly any scavenging i see still better than venting to the atmosphere because i never smell it and dont have to have a catch can

Well I think I will do the exhaust evac route. I guess you want them after the o2 sensors. I am going to run exhaust cut outs so should I evac before or after the cut outs?
