Shake down passes with new YSI Set up from Jannetty Performance. Couldnt be happier or more excited about this car going forward.
Here is an update on the car and the first shake down passes....
Stock Bottom end, Stock Tranny, stock axles, Heads, cam, Ysi 13.6 psi , 3:70 gears, pro tq 3400 stall.
Car weighs 4205 with me in it.... I am 240
Still tuning the tranny and definatly need seat time because I am trying to see where the car like to leave at as far as rpm and what I am capable of with my hand controls, (i am paralyzed)
I know have 7 passes on the car.... and the DA was about 1600 i think Jamie said
Best ET is 10.55 but with a 1.61 60ft, Hit limiter on 1-2 shift and shifted 5th- Both thnigs fixed by ted right there at the track
Best 60Ft is 1.53 but it tranny hit the limiter on the 1-2 shift...Ted fixed that
BEst MPH so far was 133.83....
I had one pass that was a tenth faster than my 10.55 pass to the 1/8th but I was bracket racing and had to get on the brakes just before the 1000ft mark and was still .8 faster at the 1000ft , so I didnt break out. IT was def on a 10.40,s pass and still only went 1.61 60ft.
Teds rental is next friday so I am looking forward to more seat time
