Don't know how I got suckered into buying another turbo kit but here goes. I have a eboost2 for my aps kit, the gauge came with the 3-port solenoid, the tial wastegates on the kit has a lower boost port but aps has a filter on the top port, should I get air fitting kit for top boost port or what are my options?

I ran my twins with eboost2 single 3 port solenoid. worked great. Your just bleed off the boost that the bottom port of the wastegate see's

Yeah the port that APS has hooked up to the compressor housing, your boost controlling device would splice somewhere on that line. And then it is up to you if you want to still reference the housings or somewhere else, like the manifold.
