Although my app is an LT1/TC76, I used the CXRACING kit for my piping to good effect. The pipes and couplers were fine but the T-Bolt clamps were so closely spec'd to the 3", you 'really' need a buddy to help hold them closed while you start the nuts on the T-bolts.

Here's where I got my oil lines..
http://www.taekwondoplus.org/z28/Tur...oOilSystem.htm

There are several places to get the BOV, WG and controllers.

I got my WG(Turbosmart 38mm) from Forcedinductions.com
I got my Tial 50mm BOV from some internet site(can't remember where)
I got my AEM TrueBoost Electronic controller from Jegs.

Congrats on the new kit! Sounds like you're going to have fun and scare your passengers.

Took measurements of both and had EVCO make mine. Make sure to use at least an -10AN fittings and line for the return and at least a -4AN fittings and line for your feed. You will need to drill and tap your oil filter housing. You don't have to, but I had a fitting welded to my oil pan.

BOV's: I'm using Tial 60mm
#1 - Tial (hands down)
#2 - HKS SSQ

Wastegates: I'm using Precision 39mm

#1 - Tial
#2 - Precision

Boost Control:
I'm using an BLOX MBC...knock off to the Hallman.
Alot of people are using the AEM True boost controller or the AMS controller.

I'm running a very similar setup on my 02 SS. You will probably hear alot of guys knocking that ebay hotside due to fitment issues and whatnot. I have one of the original PTK kits that those ebay kits were made from and I still had some fitment issues I had to battle along the way but really nothing I felt was too horrible.

I modified my kit a bit and did not run the downpipe, instead I opted to make my own and dump it after the k-member.

I'm running a Hallman manual boost controller, Synapse BOV, and Precision 46mm wastegate and am currently sitting at a solid 13psi and mid 600's. Have fun man nothing quite like a boosted V8 from my experience

My build thread might be of some help.

https://ls1tech.com/forums/forced-in...-page-3-a.html

careful of that ebay hotside.. a lot of people who run that have had to modify it to get a good fit.

Dang! That's awesome that it's all setup! I had to do each single piece of my kit (other than the Hotside created by Realquick) by hand, test fit, cut, refit, cut, refit, etc. I had the abs of a gymnast just from getting up and down under the car, lol.

Sounds like a sweet deal man. I saw some folks post that there may be adjustments to the fitment but looks like you're miles ahead by getting that kit.

If it were me man I would change up your setup just a little bit. I would personally go with an Aeromotive 340lph pump over the Walbro just because it will offer a bit more potential down the road. Also i'd go with some 60lb injectors as those 46's will max out pretty quickly.

You will also want to add a few things like a catch can setup as you have to remove the stock PCV setup on a boosted application. Also I would wrap every inch of the piping on the hotside with some DEI wrap and on that hotside the plug wires are very close to the pipes so get some DEI fiberglass plug sleeves and metal zip ties to keep the wires off the headers.

I've seen a few mentions of the 340lph here and there. How was the installation? Any special steps needed for this upgrade? Did you improve the gauge of the wire going to the 340? How's your fuel pressure with the pump change? Did you have to utilize a AFPR to get the fuel pressure in line with the correct settings?
THanks,
Dave

You should really always upgrade your wiring when doing an aftermarket pump. I just did the Racetronix hotwire kit, perfectly simple and straightforward.

As far as the install it's basically the same procedure as the Walbro. You need to modify the cup a bit but other than that it's the same process. If you search on here there are a couple writeups of the install with pics. I used those when doing mine and had zero problems at all. Had the entire thing done in a couple hours time. Definitely recommend doing the "trap door" though... dropping the tank is ridiculous on these cars LOL.

I'm running stock fuel lines, no return system (yet) and no AFPR and my car idles and drive like stock... when not in boost

No problem man, I just did this whole project over last winter on my car so it's still fairly fresh in my mind. Have you thought about whether you are going to do speed density or keep the MAF for tuning?
