Custom made 6 rib procharger crank pulley?
First of hello i am new to the site and this is my first post , Alright I have a 02 procharged SS with a 6 rib pulley currently making 4-5 psi and didnt want to spend the $900-$1000 to upgrade to the 8-rib pulley. I was wondering how much or what is needed to take it to a machine shop and just make a larger 6 rib crank pulley. And if any one is selling or knows where i can get a custom made one please let me know!!

I had a oversized 6 rib pulley machined by them. I never used it though. I sold my kit to a guy and he completely upgraded to the 8 rib. He might still have that over sized 6 rib pulley and would be interested in selling it. Ill find out for you.

save up for the 8 rib and be done with it. I recomend the aster setup. Its pricey but if you plan on upgrading like the rest of us do it is worth it. I was on a 6 rib setup. Lasted bout a year. Terrible belt slip at 8lbs. Then the d1 8 rib still belt slip at 13lbs. Aster setup 17lbs zero belt slip at all. Your gonna mod your car like the rest of us do because it is never enough. I thought I would stay at 550 forever. Now I am at 810 and happy as hell.
