FWIW I wouldn't recommend the TC78 for that CI. Preferably something like a 7675 with a bigger turbine wheel. It will work obviously but you'd be leaving quite a bit on the table IMO. Others might disagree with that statement.
You'll also want a different stall converter for sure.

How high would you go? My SS3600 works just fine and I think his will too. It's perfect I think. He'll be into boost when he hits his stall. Another note, you should be able to make over 500RWHP reliably...given the tuner doesn't get aggressive on a/f and timing.

Our buddy made close to 700 on e85,think it was 695 on kill, you should make decent numbers, should have no issues getting well over 500, imo i would swap the fast for a ls6 and save the money, thats just what i would do,maybe start saving for a forged short block so you can really let her eat

thanks for you guys info, i have 2 stalls a 3600 from Rev Max and 3800 from Circle D "Currently in Car". i might save the money on a fast intake for a build bottom end, which the price are alike. i want to do a save tune with a 11.1 A/F if thats good.
My currently tune is 11.1 A/F and timing at 18.

Keep that Circle D in there and make sure you don't go cheap on a tune. I don't know why someone said you'd need to swap it out . I can't wait to go that route on mine . Sounds like a decent setup so far man...

i learn my lesson in the past from other bad tuner in my area. i heard of a good LSx tuner in tampa and that looks like him. thanks. hoping the stall can handle the 500rwhp power, cause i think the spec on them is handling 550 - 600hp

Tampa Orlando Dyno Tuning Camaro Corvette CTS-v GTO GM Trucks performance tuning
You'll love the way your car performs when we've completed the calibration process. The problem I see locally is the same tune being used over and over for differant applications then trying to make it work, and trying to rush through as many jobs as possible just to make a buck.
ALL TO MUCH, I see guy's cars drowning in fuel to keep knock retard down, rather than understanding how, why and when KR occurs to calibrate the tune to correct the problem before the onset and make the car perform its best.
Your vehicles calibration should start with your injectors, and when we fix tunes, I see when guys change injectors, the tuners dont have to proper flow data to write into the calibration. Im not just talking about changing the flow table Vs KPA that my kids can do. You have to change the offsets, pulse adders, and injector timing boundary and more so the fuel burning cycle begins properly.
