Default Ring gap for boosted 5.3

Looking for some advice on how much to open up my ring gaps on my Incon TT 5.3. Stock block/rods/pistons with ARP cracked rod bolts. What are you guys running for ring gaps? I've done searches and it seems everyone is giving advice for e85 setups or max effort setups. This will be for a 600hp street car with meth.

Thanks!

No, if you read up on that junk yard big bang theory engine stock rings but the top two were gapped at .028 and bottomed left alone.

If you don't detonate then stock gap is perfectly fine.

Rings expand with heat, and if the ring gaps touch, then bad things happen, namely ring lands tend to break loose, especially on stock hypereutectic pistons.

Are you guys experiencing more blow by with the gaps this large? I've got a pretty decent catch can setup so I"m not too worried about it. I guess that would be better than breaking a ring land!

I read this article http://www.hotrod.com/techarticles/h...g_bang_theory/ and adjusted to this along with other peoples experiences with boosted 5.3's.
