Thanks Speed Inc for the most impressive and reliable LS combo! Well after racing the car for the past 5 years i have parted ways with the combo! I Wanted to give a loooooooong over due thanks to the guys at speed inc for the most impressive and reliable combo I could ever ask for.
I'm a grudge racer and always run clocks off and not share times but I have asked permission from the new owner of the combo to post times and he had no issues so here goes!!
I wanted a basic street friendly combo that was fast at the track and of course on a budget! In grudge racing you try to go as fast with out looking like the car has the parts to go fast.
3500lb camaro
stock block
stock crank
stock heads
stock ls6 intake
stock rockers
stock TB
stock pcm
stock water pump and coils
stock radiator and fans
air to air intercooler
stock fuel tank
stock lt1 fuel line under the car
twin gt40-88 turbos (cheap) but very reliable. I have never had a problem with them in all these years
Car can be driven ANYWHERE on 93 and was tuned on 110 only (no c16)
the car was tuned by Jim@speedinc and only him! The tune was spot on that I have never owned any logging software, any wideband sensors ...NOTHING!
The tune was so spot on that I would change the plugs once a year and they would look perfect! Infact I had this motor freshened up two years ago after over 100 passes and the guys at AES said everything still looks new and I shouldn't have wasted my money!

I would race this car day after day without even lifting the hood! change the oil and go!
I can't thank the guys at speed inc enough! they made racing fun for the past 5-6 years.
