Default Are the 6.0, 5.3 and 4.8 truck manifolds all the same

I did a search and did not find a definitive answer. I am in the process of gathering turbo parts for my build and just wanted to be sure before I buy a set.

To me they all looked the same just some have EGR and some don't.

Like you said some have EGR and the ones you want don't have EGR.

Or you could buy the ones I have listed in the classified section that are smoothed and already have v-bands welded on:

I heard the 6L manifolds have bigger primaries. Is it true?

Not sure, but if they all have the same heads, which I presume they do...then they would be the same. 6.0, 5.3 and 4.8 all had they cathedral port heads. Therefore, I think they are the same for the most part.

Nope. 4.8,5.3,6.0 Full size trucks and vans use same part numbers for a given model year.
