why not? it will be a tad laggy, but will work nice with a 3200+rpm stall. it is not a bad pc, alot of guys use them in a compound turbo kit on the 5.9 cummins.

It's a T6 exhaust with a 5 inch outlet. The Compressor wheel measures 73.5 x 107.1mm. The turbine wheel measures 97.23 x 86.23mm. He shows it has a BW number 167713 with a 26cm exhaust housing, But Borg Warner shows the 166713 has a 32cm exhaust which is 1.30 A/R

Probably work pretty well. Turbine housing it a touch large if it is a 1.32 but not terrible. The turbine is well suited but a tad large. I would guess it would be good for 700 if you lean on it.

With that 1.32 A/R that turbo won't make full boost until high in the RPM's, correct?

That thing is huge! Seems to be very comparable to a S475, why so much cheaper?

So anyone have an opinion on what would be a better turbo choice this BW or a On3 76mm I already have some On3 .96ar units but was looking for somthing with a bigger turbine. Motor is a build 294ci forged pistons ect. currently with ported 706 heads, .6xx lift turbo cam, Its currently backed by a muncie 4 speed but going with a Glide and a 4000ish stall. I also have a garrett 4202 I could get from a buddy. Motor will be running a blow thru e85 setup. Thanks....

Agreed. I like the BW units and they will flow a good bit more air with the larger turbine.

I was checking around online and found 6 more of these BW turbos for less than $400 shipped. I might just pick one up and try it for that price.

yeah we focused on the exhaust ports so those are pretty much good. the intakes we didnt touch because they had some gunk in them.

If you wouldn't mind post/pm those links to those other turbos. I would like to see them has those prices are way less than BW sells them for. I see that the one on Ebay says it's a BW turbo, But I see no part number on the compressor cover or a factory tag on the bearing housing. That's what alot of overseas stuff looks like. Not saying it is, Just curious.
