who has the most affordable sheet metal intake? Most places I cant find prices on there sites and im window shopping for now so help me out lol.

I would say the least expensive yet good quality sheet metal manifold builder out there is Hogans Manifolds. He builds some really nice cross rams. We build custom Billet manifolds here at Reher Morrison but they are not the cheapest. We take great pains to make them super light with scalloping on all surfaces.
