Default Turbo Technology Turbo Kit?

Hey LS1tech!

I've been recently looking into the Turbo Technology Inc turbo kit (62-1).

Has anyone used them or purchased from them? I tried doing a search but didn't see too much on the kits that they have.

My car is basically stock as far as internals go.

Thanks!

I'm not sure which kit that is, but if it's the old street kit with either a 60 or 76mm turbo it's a nice kit but only capable of 500rwhp due to the design. They have a single turbo race kit that can take you to 1000rwhp+ and they also have a new twin turbo street kit capable of 1000rwhp+

Thanks for the reply Mike, my goal is to get around 500rwhp/600rwhp currently

Here is a link to their site, I'm pretty sure they are a sponsor on here, but may be wrong...

I was most likely going to get their lower end kit, it seems to be one of the most complete + you can keep your A/C and all that :3

Sweet, let me know if you find anything 02sleeperz28!

For someone like me with a pretty stock motor I think this looks like a great kit. I like how they lay everything out with a lot of different options.

Might Mouse ran one of those systems with a GT91 into the mid 8's, Ryan K has one on his camaro with a 82mm turbo and runs 9.1's I have a very similiar system except the turbo is turned at a angle to allow a larger turbo.

George is a very knowledgable guy and who I ordered my turbos thru. I was at his shop last week and there is a reason Granetelli sent their camaro to him to put the twin turbos on it.

Their kit is great but for the price I'd build it myself or maybe check Huron Speed for much better price.

George builds some of the nicest kits there are. I am not just saying that because he supports heads up drag racing like he does but it is true, his stuff is the nicest "Kit" I have ever seen. I like to save money as much as anyone out there but you will be money ahead with one of his kits as the fitment is absolutely amazing. I took a tour of his shop and looked at one of his kits on a new challenger as it was being installed and its simply mind blowing.

not exactly apples to apples.. see this part?

" Requires Turbo, Wastegate, BOV, Oil Lines, Pusher Fans, Misc Hardware, and Truck Manifolds to complete

Kit requires removal of the A/C, Low Oil Sensor, and lowering or removal of front sway bar"

the tti street kit comes with everything and requires none of that.

JUST SAYIN

Add all that up and it's still ALOT less. I have added up I should have under $3400 in my kit complete. With the Huron speed kit he is selling turbo's at prices you can't find anywhere else.

Yeah, and I want to keep my A/C, which the current Huron kit would not allow me to do..

Now, I did read that Huron is going to producing a kit that allows you to keep the A/C, BUT there is no price available for this kit yet (or a release date), which is why I was looking at the TTI kit just in case their A/C kit didn't quite work out for me
