Would these manifolds work flipped up?

Default Would these manifolds work flipped up?

This question is like a loaded gun....but I am throwing it out there LOL

Sense I don't have access to a set locally....I am hoping someone with a motor on a stand or something to that effect could mock up a set of LS2 Manifolds for me?

I stole this photo from another forum member...but to give you an idea I am referring to these:


I believe they came on some corvettes? Maybe the c5?

Anyways....this is my engine bay (or was before it was cluttered up with the rest of the junk)



I would like to know if I flipped the manifolds up and forward if using a 45* to come over the motor plate would work. I am basically curious how high the manifold sits once flipped and reversed on the motor in reference to the valve covers. Does anyone have a set they could just loosely bolt to there motor facing up and forward for me?

This is the engine bay right now, but I am converting it from n/a to twins



Thanks in advance! Any other suggestions on manifolds would be appreciated...

sure, if they dont hit the head and you can bolt em down, theyll be fine

I get what you are saying about physically bolting on....but I am more concerned with how it would look. I dont want a set of manifolds that will stick 10 ft higher then the intake (dramatic I know....but you get the point)....

Wonder if those will work in an fbody. Thatd make my fabbing process a lot easier.

had it out on the street yesterday for first time.going to test and tune april 26/27 will find out then. yes stock fr end.
