Default GT45 vs 6CTAA

I spent some time tonight reading through lsxmalibu's Chinese Turbo Track Times thread and am now convinced to give one a try. I looked at dnamotoring and saw that they have another turbo- the 6CTAA - that measurement wise is nearly the same as the GT45. What do you guys think? Is it close enough to the GT45? Any experiences?

I haven't looked at the new turbo in question but if it's similar by measurement then why not use a proven turbo. I have been 9.18@146 in my 240sx stock 4.8 short block stock 243s and ls6 cam and the gt45(68.7/77). Car weighs 2900 with me in it. We feel that the turbo is out of steam at this point. Won't make any more than 17.5psi.

For a 300$ turbo it can not be matched.
