-This kit is MUCH more complete than your run of the mill Truck Manifold kit. Comes with the complete hot-side, cold-side, all couplers, clamps, brackets, flanges, gaskets, etc as you can see from the picture!
-Hot Side piping is made from 321 Stainless, yes 321, and polished!
-Cold Side piping is made from Aluminum which is a special feature in this special edition kit which saves you 9 lbs from just the material change on the cold side!


Components:

-2.5" crossover with T4 flange and 38mm Wastegate Flange, dump to atmosphere

-3" Downpipe with 3" V-Band flange (3" V-band on exhaust end also for easy to add on more exhaust)

-3" ALUMINUM Cold side piping from turbo to FMIC to Throttle Body (9# weight savings)

-50mm Blow-Off Valve Flange on Cold side piping

-Pre-Drilled hole for IAT sensor on Cold side pipe

-4" core front mount Intercooler

Hotside piping made from 321 stainless steel, fully polished.

Coldside piping made from aluminum, can be polished if requested

Requires Turbo, Wastegate, BOV, Oil Lines, Pusher Fans, Misc Hardware, and Truck Manifolds to complete

Kit requires removal of the A/C, Low Oil Sensor, and lowering or removal of front sway bar

4" core, I can get other core dimensions if desired as well. Fits like a glove with the supplied bolt on brackets and included hardware

I'm just wondering if it will fit the 93-97 bumber because I'm doing a motor swap. I dont have bumber supports so I'm sure I'll have to fab my own mounts anyways.

Sorry for all the questions but I'm very interested. I'm assuming the truck manifolds do not have O2 bungs. At an extra charge can you weld in some? How much would you charge? I see it has two but I want something for a wideband or two depending on where you recommend the bung should be located.

And what K-member do you recommend. Turbo or non

For a wideband I would put one downstream in the downpipe. You could either put one at the end of the downpipe or in a piece of exhaust you would connect to the end of the downpipe! K member, it was made to fit with a stock k so anything will work, turbo style isn't necessary with this kit let me know of you have any other questions and I am glad to help out!
