Default 408, S488 turbo build feedback

I am beginning to assemble my 408 and would like some general feedback and pointers as to what to look out for. Here is what I have so far

Iron block Lq4/9 bored .030
Wiseco -15cc pistons
K1 forged crankshaft
Callies forged rods
Comp cam 235/240 .610"/.612" 115+6 thanks to Martin@tick for the cam
L92/LS3 CNC heads with Lunati springs 2.20 intakes
Victor Jr. intake
ARP Main and Head Studs
New ported oil pump
LS9 head gaskets
new S488 BW turbo with 99mm wheel and 1.45 AR
double roller timing set.
Stock coil packs

I will be getting a 90mm TB? but is there something better for this combo?
I am in the process of getting a car to put this in. I am building the engine with my son so he gets to know about LS engines and building in general.
Anything I need to be aware of or that I may need now that I have it all apart?

Sounds like its gonna be a sick setup, Why wont you use a 102mm Intake manifold with the throttle body?

I will be running a Powerglide transmission with about a 4000 stall converter. I have a Hughes PG good to about 1500 hp. The car will wiegh under 2400 pounds without driver. I can run any size TB as I have not bought the Edelbrock elbow or have the TB yet. Will a 102 give me enough extra horsepower to justify the cost?

I assume a cable TB? I would go as big as you can swing.

I guess I will be getting a 102mm TB and this looks as good as any. I am getting excited to get the engine together and put it in the car and see how it runs. It should be a good experience for my son to build an engine and then do the swap.

Default Update

I forgot about having this out there in space and I just found it today. Here are some updates. The car is running and I am putting miles on it last summer and fall. I am looking forward to the spring time so I can finish tuning the Holley HP and get some miles under boost in it. It is actually really nice to drive with the tall tires and 3.73 gears. The PTC converter and Glide seem very streetable.
Thanks to Martin for his cam choice. I am looking forward to getting some boost on it. The 5" exhaust dumped in front of the tire is quite a bit louder than I had anticipated. I have a C6ZO6 with the LG exhaust and it seems tame by the Vega under mild acceleration.
I do wish I was a better and or smarter tuner but I guess that will come. Here are some pics.
