What radiator are you guys running and if you were to do it again would you have chosen a different radiator? I'm having a hard time deciding on what do go with. I'll be doing a single turbo on the passenger side. I was looking at the Griffin LS specific radiator, but I think the upper hose will interfere with the hot side. Thanks for the help guys!

You would get alot more info over in the conversion/hybrids section, but, i used the northern aluminum radiator and fan setup from classic industries, had no problems cooling my cammed high comp. 383 LT1, ive been running it for about 6 years, no problems.

I just used a griffin one, welded tabs on it and bolted it to the radiator support. Doing that you can basically use any size radiator to fit your needs.....and also move it over if needed.

I have the griffin ls radiator in my 73 with a single s475 mounted on the pass side. I just got a straight thermostat housing and it worked out great. The factory angled thermostat housing put the hose right on my Hotside. I don't have any pics from the original build. Due to a lifter failure I'm building a new motor and a replacing a turbo. So it's all torn apart now.

Nothing special needed. Im using a dual pass core alum from Northern. I think its around $190 shipped. Top hose on drivers side. The best thing is a MarkVIII fan fits perfectly and the car normally runs around 160 degrees and 180 hotlapping it three times down the 1/4 mile.

Thanks for the help guys. I went ahead and ordered a Northern radiator and I should get it tomorrow. The deeper I get into this project the more questions I have. Does anyone mount the turbo somehow or is it just supported by the hot side piping?
