Default Will this setup be good for turbo ?

Im building a 1970 Nova thats minitubbed,a little about what i have,i was actually gonna do nitrous and carb on my 402LS until i took a ride in my buddys 98 camaro stock 5.3 with an 88mm turbo, and i dont think my big motor with nitrous could compete with the motor he has under $500 in.So now im wanting to go turbo since i have a bunch to buy yet and N20 vs turbo need different setups, and i wont have to spend $1000 on kooks headers for my nova swap now.

Im getting a 4l80 built right now,was gonna have a transbrake installed and manual valve body. But now that im going turbo should i do t-brake and manual or computer shifted ?

My motor is a 402LS 11.1 compression,what should i change

6.0 Block
4.00 stroke callies compstar crank
6.125 callies compstar rods
wiseco forged pistons -8cc dish,-4cc valve reliefs
PRC L92 cnc ported heads,66cc,stainless steel valves, double springs 650" lift

9" ford rear 3.75 gears

What should i keep or sell ?If i keep this motor obviously the pistons would have to be changed. Are strokers like this even good for turbo setups ?
I was thinking maybe a 91mm turbo if i use this motor ?

If the motor is together and you have E85 available Id run it as is. If its apart, drop the compression to 10 to 1.

I would recommend the transbrake from Jakes Performance, he has a newer version that works in any gear, get that one. Use the stock pcm to control it with a segment swap in the tune. Let the pcm do the shifting, you'll have enough to concentrate on.

Drop the gearing to a 3.25 IMO.

Turbo choice, call a sponsor like Forced Inductions. Prob a S400 variant of some sort.

^^2 on the 85 for sure but i have read that some guys are running 11.1 compression but that tune will needto be spot on (no personal exp.) as for the gear^^2 imo its gonna be to much unless 1/8 maybe

you could swap out the heads for some 72cc heads to drop the comp a little but id just leave the motor as is and spray some meth on it. my motor is almost the same comp and it did pretty good on gas/meth

408 here with a gt91 and a 4l80e with 3.08 gears in the rear. Strokers work well with a large turbo because out of boost in the lower rpm band they make good torque whereas a smaller cube motor acts lazier. With the right converter and timing table spool is quick and almost no lag.

I completely agree with the 2 others in saying use E85. I also have a 408 that's a tad lower at 10:5:1 on E85 and I have 3.50's in the rear, you won't have any issues. I also have a pt91 and they are right stroker motors will have more power down low out of boost, you will REALLY enjoy it when u get full boost just hang on lol
