what shift points is everyone using on their cars with a turbo?
what RPM are you all shifting the gears with either manual valve body or just leaving it in drive?
thanks for the input.

Ya thats what im thinking as mine is RVMB as well. But the shift points should be somewhat the same as everyone for starting off purposes. THEN adjust from there on out.
Are people using adjustable vacuum modulators?
What are you guys using to control the shift points?

Get it dynoed then shift a little passed its peak horsepower rpm. Turbo, n/a , whatever shift at the peak so your rpm dont drop that much. Had a rvmb th400 behind a 600hp BBC, now have a transbrake rvmb th400/gear vendors od behind a 76mm 5.3.

I wouldn't rev a stock 5.3 over 7k in a boosted application and a 6.0 I wouldn't rev over 6500. On my stock 5.3 I have my rev limiter set at 7k. It is easy to hit, lol I try to shift it at 6500 if I can shift fast enough. I put in a PTC3400 and my car went from a 100mph in the 1/8th to a 118.42mph in the 1/8th.
If you get a PTC in the 3400-3800 range you probably will be close. Once you figure out how much it is off, then send it in and have it tweaked.
