Default Need Foxbody LS 6spd turbo advise

Ok so I just switched my setup from HCI and spray to turbo. Motor is a 6.0 with pro-flo intake and comp cam (waiting on the exact specs from my tuner who specd it). I have already ordered a Borg Warner t6 s475 with 1.10 ar. My tuner and several other people I have talked to don't see a problem with the turbo spooling. One person including a local fab shop that builds customs turbo kits, mainly for high hp evos from what I see but has built them for a few fbodies, and he says it should have no problem at all. The car is going to be a street/strip car but want to run 9s and I will be driving it 4-5 times a week once the nice weather hits. Anyone see a problem with the turbo I chose? I believe I can still change my mind since this turbo is on back order at the moment. Guess I'm really thinking about the t4 housing. I just don't want to make the wrong decision. Can anyone give me any real world advice?

spool characteristics can be messed with in the tune. your cam will also affect how it spools too.. so its really all in the combo. get ahold of some cam experts and see if what you are running will be alright. E85 seems to help spool time also

Why would I do that? Loosing the man pedal is like being neutered! But thanks for the advise...

Go auto and keep the "Man pedal" but just use it as a two step switch.
