You know you've got the good **** when you need to be licensed to fill your fuel tank.

Very interesting build man. Definitely in for more updates.

How big of a tank will you be running? I'm also wondering how long will a tank of propane last you.

Ya the main reason I'm doing propane is because it's cheap, $2.00 a gallon right now and 105+ octane depending on what time of year. Mileage would be comparable to pump gas and the truck has a 35 gallon tank that sits in the box. I'll get some pics of it when I get it mounted. Here are some pics of the factory wiring that I thinned out "alittle"

Got my thermostat issue figured out last night, wanted a straight outlet instead of the angled housing trucks come with. Took a themostat housing from a 04' Savana Van with a 2 piece housing, cut it, rotated it and welded back together, worked perfect and way cheaper than a csr housing.

Perfect!

That is kickass.
Question: Could those mixers and converters be mounted on a dual 4 BBL intake and work? Doesn't Edelbrock make a carb 2X4 intake for the LSx engines?

Ya I saw the truck on there, gives me hope the dual mixer setup will be sufficeint on mine.

They could be, but i'd be worried about fuel distrubution with having everything seperate.

It has a WOT mixture screw and a idle mixture screw everything between is adjusted with different air valves, but as long as it has enough fuel at WOT under boost, I,m not to worried about the rest.

Getting there, here are a couple of pics of the log header I made (crossover runs in front of the pan) the 4" DP and the full 4" exhaust with the biggest 4" Maganflow muffler they make.

I'm really excited to see how this one turns out. You're basically running $2/gal race fuel! Keep us updated!

Thanks, just got it running a day or 2 ago, took it for a rip and it seems to spool pretty fast. it's rich down low and lean up top so I have some work to do. I was going to mess with it more today but we got a foot of snow overnight so I'll have to wait to get it on the dyno. Here are acouple pics of the pretty much finished engine bay.
