Just curious if anyone is running more than 15lbs on there fast intake setups, and what if any problems they have encountered, and how one would avoid any boost leaks down the road.

RC's vette, now LMRs, used to have a 102/102 before getting the elbow setup.

I recall 35psi without issue. The 90s and old 92mm units were the ones with boost leak issues

After blowing apart a fast on nitrous years ago(before turbo setup) I ended up buying a FAST from a buddy the next day, then getting these from Wilson the same day....I was trying not to waste another 800/900 bucks.

Wilson Burst panels.... but, we run 20psi+ through a FAST with no burst panels now...

The guy I bought my FAST 92 from ran 14psi with a D1 without any issues. I have no clue how old it is, but I plan on running alot more than that. I guess we will see.

I had siliconed the two layers together. Never had any issues with it. Only knew it was leaking when i pressurized the cold side and found it leaking.

the old FAST 90's were the ones bad about leaking. I currently have one on my D1 procharged setup on 11# without a problem. The next time I take mine off I plan to take the top and bottom apart and epoxy them together. The possibility of it leaking at that point is 0 haha

I'm currently running up to 15psi with no leaks that I know of. I have a new pulley that I plan to put on, but since I have to take the intake off to change the map sensor to a 3 bar, I will probably use a black rtv sealant to seal all the seams just in case.

so basically, from what I gather, if it doesnt hold or develops a leak. a little rtv ect....will nip it in the bud.
