Man I can't believe I just read through all 14 pages lol.
This seems like a really nice complete kit. I have a stock ls1 with a ls6 cam and supporting bolt-ons. I would love to go boost someday and this may be the route to go.
Now, from reading this thread, I have a few questions maybe you guys can help me with:
1. I'm in California, so would this kit pass smog/emissions?
2. Is the kit revised and comes with a new oil drain line that doesn't use the scavenge pump?

Yeah sorry. Definately been slacking lol. The car has been absolutely great! No issues other than I blew out the collector gaskets for the manifold to the crossover pipe. So I just used high temp rtv and it's been great ever since.
Can't say enough good things about this kit.
The car now has a forged 370, with 317 heads and stock throttle body and ls6 intake, through a Jakes 4l80e and Moser 9". And she runs damn good!

This will not pass emissions because it deletes your cats. Also the pumpless drain is not included with the kit. And a lit of people have been asking me about the line because they have cheaper out and done it the wrong way so I am working on putting together a much better post explaining the pumpless drain line and making the installation of it as fool proof as possible. The whole key to this line functioning is the fitting I use at the turbo side of line. If that is done done EXACTLY the same it will most likely fail and you'll be smoking like crazy.

Just curious. I've read through most of this because I'm thinking about purchasing a z28 roller and putting a 5.3 th400 and the on3 kit in it. I'd like to do the no ac kit to save from getting a k member. How much of the ac needs removed? Does the black box need removed or can I get away with just the lines? It's just going to be a fun weekend street car, I can live without ac

Sorry everyone that I kinda disappeared. Had some family stuff going on that obviously comes first and also had started a business that ate up a bunch of my time but now that things have stabilized and are getting back to normal, I'm coming back to the car game! Lol
A little update on the kit, the only issue I ever had was one oil feed line slipping out of the crimp which I'm sure was just a one time incidental thing. Other than that the kit has performed flawlessly. The car was always a grudge/street car so I never wanted to give any numbers out but this original set up is now gone so I don't mind throwing it out there!
Car made mid 600s rwhp with a pre turbo exhaust leak that I never knew I had at the manifold collector. It would only leak under a load and never showed any signs of leaking. After finding it and fixing it, I could finally make boost on the line which I never could before, and was able to dead hook at the track on 8 psi and go 10.2 at 135. The next run was my last run where I tried to swing for the fences and got the boost up to 12psi on the line (on the foot brake no 2step) and just as I started to let off the brake the rear tires started to push through the brakes and obviously shook blew the tires off when I let off. No doubt in my mind that would have been a high 9 second pass if it would have grabbed.
I ended up falling into a deal on a t6 kit and will be doing a write up on that VERY SOON so stay tuned for that. So I sold the on3 kit. The only thing I can say is I feel like with my set up the on3 76 may have been a little too small. I think my car will really benefit from the t6 and be able to breath a lot better. It wasn't so bad when I had the collector leak but with that sealed up it was night and day and you could really feel a huge difference.
Once again sorry I kinda disappeared for a while but I'm back now and can't wait to see what the next kit will do!

Also I would like to add, that I did end up putting a considerable about of miles on the pumpless drain line that i developed on this page so i would definitely say that it is set in stone that it works. Never one hint of a problem or smoke or anything. The kit definitely passed the test of time considering the two installs from this write up were some of the first installs of this kit ever! Huge hat tip to Chad, Adam, and Danny at On3performance.
