Looks good. Only thing I really question is the location of the wastegate. I think it would be better closer to the merge but idk. Be sure to post some numbers when its done. Your in Jersey right? Maybe this summer we can have a little Huron Speed vs On3 grudge race! Mine is also a T56/9in car...

We are not designing a kit for the 88, its t4 flanged and with a little fab work, you can use it on the kit. There will not be a specific kit though as of right now

All thats really left is wiring and to mount the scavenge pump and intercooler and some little odds and ends should be up and running and hopefully tuned wednesday. So far my only small and I mean small complaints are the down pipe is a little tricky but still good and the pipe coming out of the throttle body is a tight fit with the radiator support but I see chad started making a coupler to fix that. Joe (owner of the car JTBLCK02SS) ordered a 90 degree coupler for off the throttle body and we are gonna see how that fits.
Should have a lot of updates coming this week with pics.

Honestly this kit is more easy to work with, has more room and the potential to make good numbers is there. After working with some of the 2,3,4v mod motor cars and coming to the lsx stuff, its very simple.

I've had a lot of fun with mine, its been a daily and my automatic has about 155k miles on it. Its going to need a re-build soon as its slipping. Ill knock that out soon and up the boost. We are just at 6.5# right now since putting the car together

Having never held these things in my hands... can someone explain to me why the ON3 88 wouldn't just bolt right up to the T4 flange from the downpipe? Or for that matter, a Prescision 8847? Is it purely an issue of cramming a larger turbine enclosure into a tight space? I understand the downpipe should be a larger diameter (3.5"?) than what is in the T76 kit, but wouldn't it bolt right up?

I've had like three different sources tell me it would take some modification, I'd like to understand what the issue really is. Isn't T4 like a standard?

Because the compressor housing is so large there isn't room between the radiator and the engine. The smaller units are very tight as it is. Since the radiator is slanted as you move the radiator lower you get more clearance. However to get that large of a turbo in with the stock radiator it will hang so low your piping would be exposed.

this is why most guys that run a large single turbo stand up the radiator, there simply isn't enough room.

ok so car is done so I will be adding some pics and videos as soon as I can. T he biggest thing we had to do was modify the charge pipe that goes to the throttle body. We cut the elbow off and used a 90 degree coupler for a smoother transition or it would rub on the rad support. Pretty sure On 3 started doing this as well.
Car made 490+ hp and 550+ tq on a mustang dyno so the numbers are lower than a dynojet but we will throw it on one of them soon too so we can see the difference. But all in a ll a great kit that I would have no problem suggesting.... More pics and stuff to come just sooo busy right now...
