Default holley hi rise intake with intercooler

i happened to come across this thread on another form and think this was pretty interesting and worth sharing .

its basically a holley hi rise intake with an air to water intercooler sandwiched between the two halves .

gotta love hotrod enginuity !

I believe this is something 417 Motorsports did. At least I saw it on their fb page.
Pretty amazing stuff. I believe they do something like this on the 8-71 blowers

Lovely looking bit of kit. Just a shame it's so tall. It would be interesting to see a similar thing but that would be lower. I was thinking something like the ls9 but with an intercooler in place of the supercharger.
