It'll make some power . It'll make probably 600 rwhp or better on high boost. That's about the same combo I have in my Fairmont.

You can't use ls3 heads on a 5.3 unless they are the aftermarket small bore ls3 heads.

Even so, I thought that those still require a 4.000 bore minimum.

YOU can not use ls3 heads on any thing smaller then 6.0.
what fuel? boost level?
If you are pump gas 317 heads, e85 or something to that octane 241,706,243,
stock oil pump with a heavy spring.
mine just put down 621 on a mustang dyno at 19psi

Damn those are sick, all the benefits of the large rectangular ports and better intake with a 2.080 valve that works on smaller bores with small chambers.

Still wouldn't work on his bore though.

706's heads with a valve job and back cut the valves. And boost it and keep it moving.

I recently made 550rwhp on 11.5 lbs using a BW S480 on a 5.3 with less stuff than you have. On 20 lbs, i'd imagine you might see 700-750 at the tire
