Default Procharger guys 8 rib pulley question

So I'm running a d1sc on my 01 camaro. I have a 3.40 pulley on the head unit now. I'm trying to find a smaller pulley since that is the smallest procharger sells. I herd pulleyboys but my coworker just bought one from them and it didnt fit.
Anyone know of a place that sells smaller then a 3.40 8rib?
Would be nice if its a direct fit!
Sorry if this has been covered before but I couldn't find any old threads with information on this.
Thanks

Depending on your redline rpm you might already be spinning the blower to its max speed.

I'm only spinning it to like 52000 . A 3.1 blower pulley will put me right at 62000 on the blower. But I can't seem to find one.
Called lethal performance and the told me reichard has some military contract that he can't get them for fbody.
So maybe I can come across a used one

What size is your crank pulley? I'd be worried about belt slip going smaller than 3.4".

7.625 crank pulley 3.4 blower pulley. I just looked at the chart again since its been awhile and at the rpm were pulling the car to the blower is at 57008.
With a 3.1 ill be at 62525.
And I have thought about belt slip but I herd those Reichard pulleys don't slip much and I have a gator back belt that is to small for my current setup . Should b perfect if I can get a 3.1

Wait, how low of an RPM are you spinning your motor to?

7.625" / 3.4" * 4.1 (internal step up ratio) * rpm (6500 for an example) is 59,800 rpm.

Honestly, I'd rather spin a motor a little higher than to go to a small pulley that needs to be custom made.

6200 rpm. For some reason the blower has never made power past that. Been on 3 dynos and no sign of belt slip.
After the second dyno my trans was getting some slip and we thought that could b why. But brand new tranny now and still it stops making power at 6200 rpm. So that's were we left it

If the blower would still make power I would love to just pull the motor higher n the rpms

You could throw a 8'' crank pulley on there witht the 3.4" and that will get you to 62,800 blower rpm @ 6,500 engine rpm

I thought I read a thread a while back that bob used one on a build at the old EPP. I'll see if I can find it or maybe bob will chime in...

Try Innovators west. They make them for the vettes. I'm sure they can make one for an f-body.
