Default v-banded truck manifolds on f-body to clear alt?

Hey guys i did a search but didn't find anything. I've got a 98 Camaro. I swear i saw a thread where someone used v-banded truck manifolds and cleared the alternator in the stock location. I'm looking for some input on where to cut the manifold and what angle is best. Hopefully someone can help me out. Thanks in advance guys

Not an F-Body, but I was able to make it work. I did have to clearance the rear bracket a bit with a file, but there is plenty of clearance. Car is an '87 Mazda RX7.

I havent welded them on yet, but I cut the manifolds and mocked them up... Its a little tight, but definitely works, and i even have a big truck alternator.

Im at work right now so i cant post pics.
