Default Bracing a heavy T6 turbo without solid motor mounts?

Anyone have pictures of how they braced there beast of a T6 turbo? I don't have solid mounts so I can't brace it to the frame rails which is all i could find. Should I build something elaborate coming from the head? I've built a small T4 turbo brace before using the head but I'm not sure it would have supported so much weight.

Mine will be on the passenger side of an lm7. Thanks in advance!

You can still brace it to the frame rail if you use flex joints I've done it on a few cars. Next best thing is coming off the head. I don't have any pics of that car. But I'm sure somebody has some pics to post up for ya.

I built one from the head and another from the side of the block.

I used flex joints and solid mounted the turbo between the front frame rails. This is how most do it.

QFT!

Also, when purchasing Flex joints, use either bellows or flex joints with bellows inside them.

Do not use standard braided flex joints.

I agree . Definitly don't use just regular flex joints. Thank for clearing that up a bit jax.

What does QFT mean? I used the flex joints from race parts solutions.

So if you are running solid motor mounts, it is still a good idea to run flex joints with bellows?

Thanks guys! For some reason I completely forgot about using a flex joint. This will be my best bet as it'll be easiest to make a bracket on my frame rail.

Appreciate it!

Ill get the pics, but I ran mine off the frame, 2 threaded rods, with springs on the rods so it can move, cause I couldnt use flex pipe on pass side its to close to manifold.
