Default Project Ballin on a Budget: 370/Huron Speed/7875

After 9 months I am finally home from college and can really get started on my turbo build. Just some background on the car. It is a 94 Z28. I had the car setup with a stock longblock, 150 shot plate kit, built T56, 9in, and a good amount of suspension work. Car went 12.0 at 120 (shot clutch killed any shot at a good et). Last July while racing in Mexico the car decided it didn't like what I was doing and spun a bearing. Shortly later life happened and I went off across the country to school. The car has been sitting ever since for the past 9 months. Over that time I worked a lot and started getting parts for my new build. From what started out as a small budget junkyard build snowballed into a slightly stronger plan. Again being in college I am not on an unlimited budget. Here is the breakdown of how the car will be setup over these next 3 months.

Engine:
370ci iron block
-Stock Crank, Eagle Rods, Diamond Pistons
-ARP rod bolts, main studs, and head studs
Texas Speed PRC LS3 heads
-0.650 lift double springs, light weight valves, trunion upgraded LS3 rockers
LS3 Intake ported by LS Portworks
Speed Inc TU2 cam

Boost:
Huron Speed T4 truck manifold kit
XSPower 50mm BOV
Tial 44mm wastegate
Turbonetics 7875 turbo, 1.15 a/r

Fuel:
Meth kit (will be a 93/meth setup)
Bosch EV14 80lb injectors
Twin 340s
Stock LS3 rails (for now)
Aeromotive regulator

Electronics:
Turbosmart Eboost2
N2MB WOT Box

Transmission:
Converting my LT1 T56 to LS1
Viper Spec T56
SFI bellhousing
McLeod RXT clutch
MGW Shifter
Tick adj master setup

Rear:
Quick Performance 9in rear
-35 spline Moser axles, Yukon nodular n-case, spool, Motive gears (current 4.11s will be coming out for a more boost friendly gear).
PST 3.5in driveshaft

Rear Suspension:
Wolfe drag anti-roll bar
UPR rear LCAs
MWC torque arm with crossmember mount
CE 3-way drag shocks
Eibach drag springs

Front Suspension:
PA Racing tubular k-member
QA1 12-way coil overs
Founders subframe connectors
Wolfe 6-point bar with swingouts, mild steel

Weight Reduction:
Lots

Gonna start pulling the LT1 this week before cruisin OCMD this weekend. Progress may be a little slow because I still have a bunch of parts to order, but I will update as much as possible.

Few pics from when the LT1 was in the car and running

I look forward to yours as well. Can't wait to see what numbers you put down with the 7875

Thanks Jon! Without your help this build would not be nearly as on track as it currently is. Give me a shout when I should expect to see the new turbo arriving

Haha thanks man. Your car gives me some hope of also putting down a nice number. N2MB box looks promising from what I have seen...

And the car has officially made it to its new home. Gonna get cracking on motor pulling tonight. Took off work tomorrow so I will be at it all night and tomorrow...

You wont have an issue with spool. My drag radials don't stand a chance on 10# and that's not tuned all the way yet my afr is fat down low big time.

1st-2nd and 3rd depending on what speed I go wot at it blows the tires off in no time.

347 stock 241s and a .605 238/240 112 cam same turbo
