Default Considering Precison 7175 Turbo

I am considering the use of a Precison 7175 Turbo on my 2001 Camaro Z-28 with a LS 6 Corvette engine installed. Anyone have any experience with this turbo?

if buying new i would opt for the 7675 cea wheeled precision. the 7175 will make plenty of power though.. but since they probably cost the same might as well get the bigger one.

Thank you for your response. I am considering the 7175 for the very same reason you mentioned in your comments. My other option is a Magnasun s/c on which total installed cost is approximately $5000 cheaper.

$5000 cheaper? how much are you paying for a turbo kit? you should be able to get into a turbo kit for 5k alone, if not less

Total installed cost of the Magnasum super charger is $9200. versus $14,000 for the Precision turbo. Both of these bids includes new injectors and other upgrades. Both bids seem high. I am physically unabe to do the installations. Thank you for your response.

holy ****, if they are getting 14k for a turbo kit down in texas then im moving down there lol! unless those quotes include a built motor and **** they are ramming you. injectors are 400 bucks, a turbo kit should be no more then 5 for everything you need. install shouldnt even be 2k.

what exactly are the other upgrades?
