I am using a forged 370 ci withe 9.5 - 1 cr with a novi 2200 with 10 -12 psi. . My question is at what HP do I have to start thinking about a return fuel system . What size injectors can I use 80 or 86lb ? Twin 340 in the tank ?

I believe 600rwhp is when u want to go with a return style. The 80lb injectors will be fine over that power level. If u get dual intanks, just go ahead and do Lonnie's dual 340 setup and you will have a ton of room to grow. I have his dual walbro setup now and I have to send mine back for the bigger pump upgrade.
