Default Procharger Direct Mounted Filter?

I read a couple threads touching on the idea, but nothing solid....

On the LS1 F-Body's:
Has anyone out there found a "mushroom" type filter that will directly clamp onto the head unit and fit behind the radiator with little or no other mods? I'm planning to run the bypass discharge to the atmosphere, AND I'd like better airflow than the stock Procharger hat.

Please post part numbers and pictures if you have 'em! THANKS!

I will be working on a filter over the next few months. its gotta have enough stability that it wont collapse. im going to see if I can run the truck filter i have directly on the headunit. I may have to stand on it, and flatten it down some but im going to try.

I know guys have seen an improvement by running the truck inlet hat. That's what I'm running with good success.

Here's what I did with the twin intercoolers because the truck hat wouldn't fit... I saw a gain 1.5 #'s of boost.

Procharger supplied filter on the left new filer on the right. http://mycarpics.shutterfly.com/276

K/N # for big filter ^^^ http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...id=449860&rw=1

Added this little filter for the bypass hole. I had a frost plug in that hole to start. http://mycarpics.shutterfly.com/277

K/N # for the small filter ^^^ http://www.knfilters.com/search/prod...id=449856&rw=1
