Excellent work.

What color is that on your water pump, that color is fantastic.

Also are you planning on spraying the wrap that is on the hot side? DEI makes a Silicone spray in black that protects the hotside and wrap and it also looks great IMO it is only 8 bucks a can from Summit DEI-010301.

Waterpump is in rustoleum gunmetal metallic. Going to keep the wrap the goldish look, looks killer in person!

Small update:

Derale fans wired in, 3 bar map relocated and intake ready to install. Will post pictures later tomorrow.

Eboost Street boost controller is on the way along with a few other things.

Planning on Tuesday to get it started up and a base tune!

Any DEI turbo blanket people... What did you end up using? The spool of fastening wire or something else to hold the blanket onto the turbo?

8-13-13 Update

Finished up wiring the eboost in last night with some other miscellaneous wiring. Car is almost finished, bumper and headlights go back on and time for some tuning.

Here's a short idle clip of the first start up

Here's some more pictures

Feed for the chicken (Renegade E85)

Backpressure bung (pre dei wrap)

Coolant catch can

All mounted and finished

MM wrinkle black boost can

Tial bov mounted and vacuum line ran

Eboost controller and line lock switch

Solenoid mounted

Cut the filler bird section out, still needs a little touching up and just test fit the bumper

Subscribing....

Great build man! I love it when builds go like this one. Taking your time to make everything come out nice looking.

I am also looking at a 5.3 and turbo next year and am on the fence between at PT7675 or a Borg Warner S series turbo.

Thanks! It's been a lot of work, especially small little things here and there but, defiantly happy I have went this route.
