370 turbo build questions
Well I know this has been asked too many times, but in the last 2 weeks I have lost virtually everything in massive flooding including my house shop and cars. I had to go to wal-mart and buy a laptop and use wifi at mcdonalds to pass the time until the water went down. my whole county is declared a national disaster area and all I have left is my Trailblazer ss that was at higher ground in storage. I am trying to keep my mind off the problems ahead and when I am on here its my therapy being with great people with the same interest......
I have a 2007 TBSS with a iron 370 and a set of PRC 227 heads 10.1 comp. cam is 229/234 113+4, trans is a 4l80e and FTI 3600 converter stock 4.10 gears and I have decided to add a turbo and this is all new to me I come from the nitrous game. what would be the most cost effective turbo ? I would like to make 700RWHP and room to grow ? I have been reading everything I can find turbo related and it is becoming confusing so much stuff contradicts itself from one site to the next, so here I am ? sorry for the book had to get it off my chest.

You cant go wrong with a bw s480, gt-88, gt-91. Whatever you decide I would make sure its a t6 flange so that when you decide to push it you dont have to redo the kit because you went t4.

I feel your pain man. I lost my 1996 impala ss and my 1987 buick t-type in hurricane Katrina.
We can get you ironed out with you TBSS. You should be good with all you have on the truck but 2 things stand out to me.
1. I would talk to Martin@Tick or Geoff@EPS and see if your cam or another will be more optimal for a turbo setup
2. Where the hell you going to put the turbo?! There isn't much room under the hood of a TBSS
