Default Some turbo help?

Alright guys I have been researching for months now on what type of turbo to use and basically I can't make up my mind and wanted to see what you guys are running. This is still mainly a street truck that I will bring to the track often.

Engine, Trans and Truck

04 5.3 with a TBSS intake and NW 92mm TB
Stock displacment, stock heads, Will be going with a blower cam (not sure on what yet)
stock 4l80E, Thinking a 3200-3400 Converter, 4.10's Tossing around the idea of throwing some 3.73's or 3.42's in it
03 Ext cab s10, last time i was at the track it weighed 3676 with me in it and a half a tank of fuel.

My setup so far (subject to change)
  • Shooting for 650 to the tires
  • Pump gas with meth
  • Siemens Deka 80lb injectors with twin 340's in the tank
  • Intercooled thinking 76mm not sure yet
  • 3 bar MAP speed density
  • Wastegate/blow-off undecided

I just need a little help being pushed in the right direction from some of you veteran turbo guys, This is my first turbo build and I wanna do it right. Just looking to see what you guys think of the setup and what turbo you think I should run. I was originally gonna go with the ON3 76mm But I don't know if I wanna trust a 300$ turbo and expect to make good reliable power off of it.

Thanks,

Ross.

I was able to make a turbonetics 78/75 fit in the engine bay of my s10 and keep ac...but that's pretty much the biggest I can fit...if you aren't keeping ac you have a lot more options... 650 could probably be made with a tc78 but you shouldn't need dual 340lph pumps...I have a 255 and a 340 and is supposed to be maxed for around 900hp and 80psi fuel pressure.

Yeah My truck doesn't have AC and it never will. As far as the fuel pumps go I know I don't that much I just wanted to over build it so I never have to drop the tank in the future. Do you have any pics of your setup?

I just stumbled across a good priced unit I'm gonna look more into but what do you guys think about a Turbonetics T66 with F1 trim? They are priced pretty good through Forcedinductions.com. Say's they are rated for around 730 horse which is well enough for me right now.
