Default 03 silverado single or twin turbo???

Guys I've got a 03 2500 and I can't decide on a single or twin turbo setup. Anyone have any experience with either or insight on either? Also, does anyone make a tubing kit for my truck? I've searched over and over and all I can find is sts and I don't want to mount it the way they have it setup. I want to keep the turbo in the engine bay and preferably bolt right after the headers and T off there. Thanks guys for the help!

We have a single turbo system design in the prototype stages right now. Not sure how soon your planning on starting a build, we are expecting a release date of around Sept. 30th.

I mocked it up so that we can fit anything from a 70mm all the way up to our t4 flanged 88mm unit. So we will be able to cater to anyone looking to just make 400 all the way up to 900-1000hp if desired. If you have any questions, let me know

Ok thank you keep me updated if the release date changes send me a pm. I'm not starting it right away. Still ironing out all the details of the setup. Thanks for the info. SLCviaAK I checked out trick performance and that setup looks like it would work well for me. But for $600 per manifold I would fab up my current set like theirs. Unless they are cheaper somewhere else that I haven't found yet.

Coule of questions need to asked when looking at a turbo truck kit.
Whats the purpose Of the truck? street, pulling, race, mudding, sand drags, etc.
how much power do i want and how much power can I afford?

At this time I don't sale the twin manifolds only yet. From our twin kit.
The Cast stainless steel single manifold is 600.00.

Our manifolds do look real easy to build.
And a good set up once done should look easy.
If it looks complicated I feel the time wasn't put into the design.
That's one of the selling points on my kits.
The turbo just look like they belong there.

But I don't recommend twins unless plans are
1) 1000-1200+ hp to the ground
OR
2) just love the look.

single turbo kits cover most customers applications.

Our single mamifold fits any t4 that are out there. That I've seen.

Feel free to call if I can help with your build.

It'll be mainly street and some strip. I really like the look of twins. And it's always nice to have room to go up. Thanks for your post and I do like the look of your turbo manifold. It looks clean and simple. Most of the applications I have seen however T off right after the header/manifold which seems like it would improve flow through the turbo vs in front of the manifold. Is there actually any benefit to connecting after the manifold or is it strictly preference? I am new to turbos and any insight on that point would be appreciated.

Is there any benefit from running the turbo behind the manifold vs how your manifold is set up? I will try and find pics of what I mean.

My phone won't let me post pics. It's basically opposite of where your manifold grabs the exhaust. It's how I've saw a lot of people fab up their own kit on this forum. I'm just not sure if there is any benefit to it or not. Obviously yours works great you guys are a very reputable company and the kit looks great. Just trying to learn what I can before I set it in stone how I'm going to run the turbo.

I don't think you understanding how the exhaust flows with these single kits. Out the drivers side manifold over to the back of the pass manifold, then out the front of that manifold to the turbo. Here is a pic. I have customers ranging from 500 to 1000+ hp with this design.
