Default Meth Kit or Not

I'm running a D1 on my stock longblock and seeing around 10psi don't plan to do a lot of racing with this motor and was wondering if I should put a Alky kit on it , right now just under normal driving I'm seeing about 5-15 deg higher then air temp depending on how much stop and go traffic. I do have a front mount IC with no blockage and my fans really do pull a good amount of air thru it and radiator. This winter I plan to install a built motor and up the boost to about 14psi max and I'm sure I'll need it then any thoughts.

looks like I'll be adding it to the list of things to buy for this winters project. Hopefully nothing happens with the motor for now without the meth.

I have a kit on a different turbo car, but it does help power and allows a bit more safe boost. Worth the cost imo.
