Default bench flashing harness (sloppy style)

made my own harness today to check computers and flash them easier.

What software are you using to flash them? Still doing HPtuners? Or is there a way to flash them without spending money on credits through HP tuners?

Thanks!

I'm with jtotheizzo - I have parts I took from an old battery charger (the clamps and big disconnect swith) that I solded in a switch with some of the "extra" pins left over when I made my stand alone harness for my dad's 5.3 swap.

The best part is that I have also used my sloppy harness to flash an E40. I was told that the pins were the same size as an LS1, but they are actually smaller. Didn't matter, I just put a screwdriver on wires to help preload pins down so they could maintain contact, and it worked for that PCM too .

Oooohhhh yehhhh.

I must say your welds are getting prettier on the wagon. It looks like you are welding with your eyes open on the recent pics.
