Go to the track to see what kinda et/mph you run that will tell you more than dyno numbers. I made 640sae with t56 and 10bolt 11psi.

waiting on the mph. the number wont matter unless its mph and 60 foot. hopefully you can hook the power your currently making before deciding on more.

I am currently installing a Procharger on my TA as well. With no boost I made 441 rwhp. So at 8-10 psi what do you think I should be looking at? around 550 - 580 or so?

You got good suspension mods OP. Take it to the track and see what happens. Dont forget you have a 4l80e and a M12 bolt soo that also affects on the dyno numbers.

See what it runs at the track

What size crank pulley are you running? With a 4.00" pulley on my D1SC, I am seeing upwards of 15psi at 6800rpm, so something doesn't quite add up, unless you're running a smaller crank pulley or you're getting belt slip.

cant compare boost to another motor, cubic inch, cylinder head, and cam variances will all play a part in effective boost numbers......the car is well safe at 580rwhp and through an unlocked 4l80e with mild parts its not bad, keep in mind its taking 60+hp to spin that blower at that speed.....dyno's a tuning tool only we race cars not dynos, take it to the track I may go this weekend mike if I can get my **** fixed........as for the tq number its a converter that was unlocked on a chassis dyno, there was slippage in the converter not to mention your still only 347 cubes with a decent sized cam

That's the thing, I'm running a great set of heads (PI heads which are the MAST Black label heads) FAST intake, decent sized cam, and I'm also 347 cubic inches, so that's why I asked about his pulley setup. Maybe he's seeing belt slip, maybe he's not pulling it as high as I am, maybe he's restricted in the charge pipe, I don't know, I was just curious why he didn't see more boost.

To your point, if he's got it setup as a track car, and gets the results he's looking for at the track, who cares what the dyno numbers are.

do you think the 3.73 will be too much or are you going to run 28" tires. Also I'm running a 4.38 pulley and see close to 10psi-11psi.

so far my best is 450 rwhp but belt was slipping at 8 psi and the accy belt broke now I have a katech tensioner .
No track times as of yet till I get the belt issue fixed and better tune.
