That for sure will work and after I tap the pan, Ill pick up a qt or 2 of cheap oil to dump through the fitting and try to wash out residual material that might have stuck to the pan. Ideally having the pan off and welding a bung is the nicest route but out of all the builds Ive done, Ive only been able to do that once. Drilling/tapping is quick, easy, and works perfectly. Just take your time

I still do not have feedback from the 4wd guys, I tried to clearance the crossover but my truck was a 2wd so we still need to test that before I can guarantee it

I've got the 6.0/4l80e motor in the truck with the hot side in and it clears the Z71 4x4 stuff so far won't hit the torsion bars or drive shaft . waiting on torque converter to put the trans and transfer case on. here is a pic from under the truck.

I have a decent amount of guys asking but I havent had a 100% answer to give them. Since my truck was 2wd, I based the crossover roughly from the stock Ypipe knowing that it was designed to clear both. I just didnt want to tell anyone to this point till the answer was 100% correct.
Your build looks good, keep us updated and post some photos as you go. Any questions you might have, let me know

Perfect, would you be able to send me a photo of that t-case clearance directly by chance?

Anyone out there use our system on the 07+ trucks? We havent had anything local to test on yet and keep having customers ask. Hopefully we can test before too long but figured I'd at least post and see if there is any feedback on this yet

Ive used On3's kit and it did bolt on and go... we bolted it on in 2 days and tuned it for 91 octane the next night until 2am then got up the next morning and drove it cross country for 37.5 hrs strait only stopping for gas. this was on a 1999 Z71 5.3 4x4. we did the normal stuff to support the boost as in 80# injectors, 400liter fuel pump, 3 bar map, triple 12 cam, pac springs and a 4l80e swap. we got 14mpg going 85-95mph and it would go into boost at 85+ if i was passing someone and needed the extra go for it to pass.
we used the spring that came with the kit and it made 8# and would creep to 10#.
Adam & Chad both said to contact them if we needed anything - but we never did. I now own another kit from them that i will be using as i sold the truck already and plan on getting another.

2 updates, we have got in the sample set of spark plug wires custom for these trucks. Im going to test fit them on my truck to verify fitment and we should have some stock within the next 2-3 weeks. This makes it much easier to fit the wires on the passenger side and will eliminate you from having to buy a builder set to clean up that side and avoid burning them up
I do have conformation that the new external dump tubes are complete. I believe we should have some within the next week. So for those wanting to vent their wastegate to atmosphere, we can take orders anytime
