Default On 3's 2010+ camaro single turbo build/custom cars

We really haven't shared a whole lot on this system and not many build threads have been started so I wanted to post up a couple customer cars. The kit has been out for about 9 months now and with great success. This system is a very user friendly install compared to other kits. We designed a completely custom manifold similar to what we run on the truck to keep both banks separated and a custom 2.5" crossover to merge. We are running the On 3 70mm turbo on the kit but to this point, most customers opt to the On 3 76mm with the system. From the turbo to catback, its all 3" 304 stainless and routes through the factory suspension. We run our 44mm wastegate and re-circulate it back into the downpipe.

Coming out of the turbocharger to the intercooler its all 3" tubing and from intercooler to the throttle body we stepped it up to 3.5". We generally use the 3" core intercooler on most applications but we do stock the 4" core upgrade for those that might be going 600-650+rwhp.

Im sure Im leaving a lot out but there is also more details on the website for those interested. Ill share some of the photos from the design stages and there are also a few photos from a few customers as well. Once of which is an extremely clean 1LE car.

Hopefully others will add to the thread eventually and share photos and install work on their cars. I will also keep updating this thread as we get more photos from customers. If we come out with any new options for the kit, Ill be sure to add them here.

My bad, I didnt notice that 5th gen power adder section when I made the thread. I actually looked but completely missed it. If a moderator is able to move this to that section, that would be cool. Thanks

When will your new 78mm turbo with the bigger exhaust wheel be available? Will that be an option on this kit?

Im still a little uncertain when that turbo will be available as of right now. It for sure will be an option and interchange with this system. That turbo will be a great upgrade for any of the lsx based turbo systems we offer.

It sure is. When my GTO sells I am looking to get either a Supra or 2010 Camaro. It will have this kit with the 78/75 turbo on it if I do go the Camaro route for sure.

Yep that would be our setup, very clean car!

I think a lot of guys will like the On 3 7875 turbo option on these cars, really hoping to have units ready to start upgrading customers with around the end of November. We still need to do some testing on them but if all is well, we should be stocking them around that time

Anymore feedback from anyone using this kit? Ive search Camaro5 and really haven't seen much. I have a 2013 1LE that I would like to boost and this kit has sparked my interest. Thanks!

What type of update? We have guys that pick the kits up weekly. I personally don't build the cars, I just do the design work and sell the kits. A majority of the customers we dont get feedback from and generally dont hear back unless they have questions. I will tell you the newest upgrade that we have is the On 3 7875 turbo which has been the #1 upgrade for these cars. With the larger displacement engines, the 75mm exhaust wheel is a nice complement to help drop back pressure and ultimately make more power. This is a recent customer who finished up a build with our On3 7875
