Default New PB at Ls race in Bowling Green Ky Vids added.

Pushed the 76's a little further. We went 60' 1.20 330' 3.15 1/8th 4.71 @ 157 7.23 @ 193

I think we are having valve spring issues. It's not wanting to rpm and losing power just before the 1/8th. Mph is way down. I was happy with our short times.

Eric from Midwest Chassis has the suspensoin working real good!! He also saved us by welding some pretty big cracks in the headers!!

Jim and I from Speed Inc worked on a tune up that paid off, I got a little too greedy in the final and drove into a wheelie. Had to abort the run, smashed oil pan.

Still can't kill this motor LME built, lol.

Thanks again PSJ for all the help!

We are going to change the valve springs and put a new pan on it. If we find our upper rpm power we will be in good shape for Indy.

Thanks, I always like meeting folks from the boards we need all the encouragement we get sometimes.

Saturday was particularly frenzied due to some header cracks and those fuel fittings leaking... right Andy... What brand where they? But you got pretty good at making new fuel lines, what was your record, 10 minutes?

In many ways Andy's car is a budget build, still wet sump, COP, $1200 turbos, nothing-crazy cam, and a Beck intake.

Well, the fastest I have personally gone is 9.40 and I'd like to go at least mid 8's someday, but I really only have the time to help with Andy out with El Toro. We want to win as much as possible, but hanging out with friends and figuring stuff out with the car is a lot of fun. Lots of folks have helped out with the program in the last 12 months otherwise it would be difficult to go much faster.

Thanks!! To be honest yes. I don't like to say it out loud but it's true. We feel it can be done, but everything will have to be perfect! It's a mission at this point, lol. As far as switching we will see what the off season brings. A lot depends on rules and possible changes.
