Default buying valve train stuff

quick overview guys:

LQ4
317's
228R 114LSA .590/.590 cam
twin T61's

Parts list:

ARP head studs
lunati .660 dual springs
LS9 head gasket

what size push rods should i run? how do you figure the length out for that matter? since Im going to be in there if i figure why not swap the lifters.. any affordable recommendations?

You should measure with the pushrod checker tool, but I used the standard 7.4" COMP Cams (7638-16) with LS9 gaskets and they were fine. Stock LS7 lifters are standard and can be bought anywhere.

Excellent, im running the same springs too. Ill order the 7.400 today thanks for the help.
