Energy suspension mounts on all my projects. Never had any issues. Are you expecting some?

We always use solid motor mounts, and solid mounted turbo support to the frame. Never had any hotside (cracks) issues with any of them.

I was wondering the same. I know a lot of people talk about knock sensor issues with solid mounts. Whats your guys experiences with that?

I run solid Moroso mounts and I have no flex pipes in my entire hotside and no cracking after 2 years.

Default Prothane

I just installed Prothane motor and tranny mounts. I have noticed that there is a small engine vibration with the Prothane mounts but not enough to worry about.

Never had any issues with knock sensors at all with solid. No flex pipe in hotside here either ... no cracks/issues.

Rubber on one car solid on the other both work fine . I kinda like the rubber mounts better though.

I drive everywhere with solid motor mounts. Don't even notice them.

But then again, I'm driving a 40+ year old rattletrap.
